## Definitions

- **AI phone agent**: software that answers inbound telephone calls in natural
  spoken German, around the clock, without a person on the line. It books
  appointments into a calendar, routes callers to the right department, answers
  recurring questions, and writes the outcome of each call back into a CRM. It
  is not an IVR phone menu: the caller speaks normally instead of choosing from
  numbered options.
- **Process automation**: software that carries out recurring back-office work
  end to end, such as reading incoming documents with OCR, classifying email,
  extracting fields from invoices and exporting the result to an ERP system.
- **Body leasing**: engaging named developers or ERP consultants from RIT
  Services on a short contract so they work alongside an existing in-house team,
  rather than RIT delivering a finished project. Contract form varies per
  engagement and is agreed case by case.
- **SME (KMU)**: in the German sense used throughout this site, a small or
  mid-sized business, typically 5 to 250 employees.

## Pricing

Published prices, all excluding VAT:

- AI phone agent, Silver: 500 EUR per month
- AI phone agent, Gold: 2,500 EUR per month
- AI phone agent, Platinum: 10,000 EUR per month
- Call charges: maximum 0.40 EUR per minute
- Chatbots, process automation, custom software and body leasing: quoted per
  project, no public price
- Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute consultation, held remotely

## Who RIT Services is not the right fit for

An AI phone agent is a poor fit for a business taking only a handful of calls a
week, because the entry package is charged monthly regardless of call volume,
and for calls that are mainly negotiation, distress or regulated advice. Where
off-the-shelf software already covers a process, RIT Services says so in the
consultation rather than quoting a custom build.
