While large corporations built their own AI departments and moved budgets in the millions, small and mid-sized businesses were left out, not out of disinterest, but because no one translated the technology to their scale. That is exactly where RIT Services comes in: started as a one-man operation in Köln, with a single premise.
The solo operation grew into a specialised team across two countries. Strategy, development, data and DevOps now work as one unit: people who don't just build AI systems, but integrate them into existing processes and keep them running there. The offshore model is deliberate, not a cost shortcut, and it is what turns a business idea into a finished product quickly, without the price a single-site agency would have to charge. The ambition has stayed the same as in 2020: understandable, affordable, productive.

RIT Services runs a deliberate offshore model: a German company you contract with and speak to, and a dedicated engineering team that builds what you buy. That structure is why we can hold enterprise-grade standards at a price a small or mid-sized business can actually justify, and why a project moves from idea to finished product faster than a single-site team could manage.
In practice that means one point of contact in Köln who owns the requirements and the delivery, and a team in Islamabad that works the same standards, the same reviews and overlapping hours. You never coordinate across the gap yourself: you agree the scope in German or English with the people responsible for it, and the work comes back tested.
