Defensio
Law Firm Software for Criminal Defense.
A web application covering the whole working day of a criminal-defence practice. Mandate enquiries are captured as structured digital files carrying the authorities, deadlines and hearings; scheduling finds the first free slot in the firm's on-call calendar, checks it against the lawyers' Outlook calendars and sends the invitation; and powers of attorney, fee agreements and instalment plans are generated straight out of the file. Integrated with Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Zoom, behind role-based access and two-factor authentication.

Redezeiten
Every agenda item, timed as it happens.
A control desk for plenary sittings in the Landtag Niedersachsen, the state parliament of Lower Saxony. The full order of business is listed as agenda items with the bills under each, and every item is started and stopped from the desk as the sitting proceeds, so begin and end times are recorded against the running order in real time. A transport bar carries the session clock, items can be edited or moved while the chamber sits, and a jump-to-active-item control keeps the desk on whatever is being debated.

The right carrier, chosen per shipment.
The backend behind the Multi Carrier Tool. For every shipment it weighs the carriers against each other — the cheapest option, held against the customer's own carrier preferences — and routes accordingly, so nobody compares rates by hand or has to remember which customer insists on which carrier. Packages, items and customer details are modelled once and translated into each carrier's own format; shipping documents come out as PDFs, daily pickups are tracked, and everything sits in Firestore behind JWT-secured endpoints, shipped as a container.
